(More customer reviews)I have a computer that... well literally has it's guts spilling out the sides. It has the standard heatsink fan and a fan in the back. I also have an extra fan that works better than either of the other fans attached to the port on my motherboard that used to power the fan in the back, but since the case side is open it doesn't really do a lot (the back fan) (or so i thought... and still kinda think). I also have this horrendously huge Graphics Card from 2003 that was in a server. This machine I have is a piece of junk that I still use. I noticed recently after cleaning my heatsink out that my fan on it would speed up and up and up during the day until it was loud then slow down, and I realized
This just plugs into the standard 3 pin fan on your motherboard and splits it into two.
So pretty much, now I have 3 fans, a pci slot cooler (fan), and no more overheating.
This product does what it says it does and worked fine.
Bought from Cyberguys, they are a really great company and I have bought plenty through them before. Had to buy through amazon however, because it would not allow me to log into it anymore.
