(More customer reviews)This product failed after 6 months. The only thing it can do now is flicker its light on the the front panel. During the period when it was working, it would take 10 seconds to switch between imputs and outputs, and you had to toggle through each imput very slowly. Some times it would not respond to commands using the buttons on the front panel. Before I started writing this review, I decided to give it on last chance and plug it in after it had been sitting on the floor for a month unplugged. Nope. The lights just flicker. I should add that this unit was plugged into an uninterruptable power supply w/surge supression since it was first put into operation. I didn't bother contacting the seller because I'm past the return period. Ouch! This unit is a lot cheaper than the GenFen. I guess I got what I paid for.
