(More customer reviews)Used the selector purely for its ability to choose which toslink optical connection to use on my Logitech Z-5500 speakers (which only has one input). Looks great and is way better than my TV's output, which only replicates the HDMI audio signal to a 2.1 output. This selector passes through the original signal which is great for surround sound on Blu Ray, Xbox 360, cable tv, etc. You can also turn this unit off, which is a plus, as others I've seen stay on all the time.
