(More customer reviews)My 30" LCD monitor is a 2004 model I purchased new in December 2004.That was before HDMI or 1080p.It has 1080i, 720p & 480i formats, component, composite, PC,and DVI inputs.When I purchased a Samsung Terestrial Digital Receiver that had an HDMI output, I needed a simple way to convert. The HDMI to DVI converter filled the bill.It even has gold plated connectors...Great product folks!
