(More customer reviews)It's just an AC adapter for the Sega Consoles. Be careful because Nintendo consoles use an AC power adapter, but will work with a DC one as well. Sega uses DC (the one here is a DC output), but god help you if you plug an AC output adapter into a sega console, it'll fry the power supply. I appreciate that Sega made the Model 2-3 Genesis, the Game Gear, and the Nomad use the same adapter type, because it's mandatory to have a power adapter for the Nomad or Game Gear because they devour batteries.
