They shouldn't be able to advertise the product if they don't have it and it's frustrating as all heck when you get the " we are sorry, we will refund your purchase" response. Which sucks especially since they have had your purchase funds in their accounts from the moment it shipped so even with a refund, they collect interest on every purchase
