(More customer reviews)Unlike the other reviewer, this product was exactly what I was looking for (DVI video card with a DVI cable needed to plug into a VGA monitor).Unfortunately it didn't work and the cost of shipping it back would be more than just buying a new one.I simply had no input detected by the monitor.I did test other scenarios to ensure this was the only component that didn't work.I guess my next step is to try a DVI (M) to VGA (F) adapter and use a VGA cable.I thought this would have been the cheaper route since I already had a DVI cable.I was wrong.
