(More customer reviews)For ANY S-Video to VGA adapater to work, your computer MUST have tv-out capabilities. This is dependent upon your graphics card type. I did my research, and since my computer has tv-out capability this adapter worked just fine. Having both S-Video and RCA is a nice feature as well.
